Deliveries and Returns

DELIVERY

All orders are shipped from France. Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 3 business days, but may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and further emails once your order has been shipped.

AHMAY+ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the address provided when ordering matches the exact address we shipped your order to, and your tracking number shows that the package was successfully shipped, we are not responsible if your package has been misplaced. Stolen or lost packages are not refundable. Some misunderstandings may apply, but proof must be recorded. Please contact contact@ahmayclub.com and we will do our best to assist you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). This means that you, the customer, are responsible for paying your country's import duties at the time of delivery. By placing an order for an international destination, you confirm that you are aware of your responsibility for paying these duties. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate these charges at the time of purchase.

RETURNS

Orders can be returned at your expense within 15 days of receipt. All returned items must be new, unworn, and with the tags still attached. We are unable to accept returns after 15 days of delivery. You can contact contact@ahmayclub.com to inform us of your wish to return the product and provide us with the tracking number.
